Terms of Service & Returns

Welcome to Untoxify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Untoxify mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Ordinary Products ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Important Medical & Health Disclaimer

UNTOXIFY IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, AND OUR SERVICES DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

The Services use optical character recognition (OCR), artificial intelligence (AI), and third-party databases to analyze product ingredients. While we strive for accuracy, our analysis may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect due to misread labels, changing manufacturer formulas, or incomplete database information.

If you or a family member have severe or life-threatening allergies (e.g., anaphylaxis to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, etc.), YOU MUST NOT RELY SOLELY ON UNTOXIFY. You must always physically read the manufacturer's label and consult with a qualified healthcare professional before consuming or using any product. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from your reliance on the Services.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Returns

Untoxify offers subscription-based access to premium features ("Untoxify Premium"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

  • Apple App Store Purchases: If you purchase a subscription through the iOS App Store, your payment is processed and managed entirely by Apple. Cancellations and refund requests must be handled through your Apple ID account settings. We do not have the ability to issue refunds on behalf of Apple.
  • Website Purchases (Stripe): If you purchase a subscription directly through our website, billing is managed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial web subscription purchases. To request a refund, contact us at support@untoxify.app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services.
  • Scrape, extract, or mine data from the Services or our databases.
  • Overwhelm or attack our servers with automated requests.
  • Use the Services to develop a competing product or service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including but not limited to the underlying software, algorithms, designs, text, and graphics—are owned by Ordinary Products and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Untoxify" and our logos are our trademarks; you may not use them without our prior written permission.

5. User Accounts

To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORDINARY PRODUCTS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ordinary Products and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Services; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or Intellectual Property Rights.

8. Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA)

If you are using Untoxify on an iOS device, you are also bound by the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). You can read the full Apple Standard EULA here: Apple Standard EULA. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, these Terms will govern regarding your relationship with us, and the Apple EULA will govern regarding your relationship with Apple.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms or by providing notice through the App. Your continued use of the Services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
